Review of the Reginox ceramic sink

We were recently sent this lovely Reginox sink for our new kitchen. I have always wanted a ceramic sink, I think they look lovely, and I love that it is white.

Quick and efficient delivery

I couldn’t fault the delivery service, it arrived very quickly. It arrived safely. I couldn’t wait to get it in the kitchen so I could start using it. I did have to wait a few weeks before my husband installed it as we redesigned our new kitchen ourselves .

I have been using the Reginox Ceramic sink from Wayfair for over a month now. I spend a lot of my time in the new kitchen so I have used it a lot. We do have a dishwasher so the sink is an added extra for bits I can’t fit into the dishwasher and for washing up some dishes throughout the day.

Easy installation

My husband said that it was easy to install for a ceramic sink. They can be quite difficult to install because they are much heavier and this particular sink is very deep. (which I love). It came with a paper template for cutting the worktop to size. It is a big sink but it fits well into a normal 60cm sink unit with no problem. Keep in mind that the sink has to have a “blank” knocked out for the tap to be put in.

Great value for money

This sink in particular was the best price I found online. I did look around a lot. This was the only one that came with taps and plumbing bits. It is currently on sale now for £167.99, which is such a great price for everything you get with it. My husband and I were pleased with this as we didn’t need to purchase any more plumbing bits or taps so that lowered our costs a bit.

Review of the product

The sink itself really is lovely and finished well. The taps are beautiful and add a touch of elegance to the whole look. We chose the taps that were in the picture advertised on Wayfair. It really does compliment our kitchen’s look and the quality is to a really high standard.

The sink itself is really quite deep so great for soaking dishes. This is something I really like about the sink as my previous stainless steel one did not have such a deep bowl, and I wasn’t able to soak as many dishes as I would like.

Because of the way the tap is positioned there is less room for a draining rack and it does get in the way of the one side of the tap. So just to bear that in mind. It doesn’t bother me as we don’t use a drying rack for our dishes anymore as we have the dishwasher. But I have found that both Tesco and Ikea sell small drying racks which look like they would fit well on this particular sink, without interfering with the taps.

I have large iron pots which I use for cooking. They are really heavy and black so I have been really apprehensive to put them in the new sink. However I have been pleasantly surprised that there have been no scratch marks, and any that have appeared I have been able to wipe off so, so far I am really pleased with that. But of course like with any item in your home you have to expect the usual wear and tears of usage. If I ever do scratch my lovely white sink I am sure my husband can repair it for me.

I really could not fault this product on its value for money and the quality of the item. I am really impressed and happy with this item and would definitely recommend buying from Wayfair, fast delivery and not only is it the best price online, but it comes with taps and plumbing bits and it is a lovely sink. I am really happy.

I have always wanted a sink like this in my home. The traditional or shall I say modern ones do not really do it for me. I like soaking dishes and this looks like a perfect one for it plus the price is not too bad.

I love the look and sleek style of the sink. I have to agree with you on bowl depth. A deeper sink is much more handy for soaking pans etc. Thanks for sharing.

I love how this sink looks! I have a standard metal sink and I really on’t like it. I would love a Belfast sink but it wouldn’t work in our current set up, but something like this would be awesome. Great review, thanks!

I love my ceramic sink too, just be careful as they are unforgiving when a glass falls over on it though! I get through so many glasses!!
