Wagamama’s Intu Lakeside | Review

Wagamama's Intu Lakeside

We were recently invited to enjoy a family meal at Wagamama’s at Intu Lakeside. Anyone who knows us as a family knows how much we love Wagamama’s. We are so grateful for the opportunity and excited to review a restaurant that we love and visit regularly.

We are also very lucky that both the children enjoy eating here. We have taken them both from a very young age. Their most favourite meal is cod cubes although Archie also absolutely loves the noodles. The menu is brilliant for children. If you are new to taking your child here you can even go for grilled chicken and plain noodles. The menu is really versatile for them and the staff are always happy to go the extra mile to cater for younger eaters. My two also really love the edamame beans as a starter, they are always a big hit as they get to peal them open and find the beans inside.

We usually always go for the chilli squid when we visit but were offered a range of different starters to try. We were pleased to also try two of the new starters on the menu, the Bang Bang Cauliflower and the Hirata Steamed Buns, we tried the mushroom and aubergine buns and both these starters were absolutely delicious.

For his main Mr T had the Steak Bulgogi which looked nice and he said he really enjoyed it. I got the Teriyaki Lamb which was delicious. I have never got it before but I wanted to try something new and I will definitely be getting it again. It had a nice flavour and the noodles were delicious too.

For drinks we had the Super green fresh juice which is a favourite of ours and the children had the tropical fresh juice which they also usually get. The fresh juices are so delicious and we always enjoy them.

We were so pleased with our meal at Wagamama’s. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and satisfying. The children even had caramel ice cream for desert, which they loved. We left feeling very spoilt and our belly’s full. I do feel so lucky we get to do this. We all had such a lovely time together.

Oh we love Wagamamas. It’s always the girls’ first choice if they are allowed to choose where to eat. They’ve got a great veggie menu and I love their juices.
