Inspiring blog reads

Are you looking for some inspiring blog reads?

I have been doing a lot of blog related reading lately. I love finding new blogs, especially ones that i resonate with and can either truly learn and be inspired by or just enjoy a really good read. Either way it leaves me feeling pretty happy that I thought it be a good idea to share some of them.

Firstly I don’t know how I have been blogging for nearly a year and only just found Along Came Cherry, what a beautiful blog and a very inspiring lifestyle too. I am so intrigued by homeschooling mums and so very curious as to how they do it so well. I particularly loved her post on homeschooling.

Through Along Came Cherry I found This Enchanted Pixie whose blog is just beautiful, how she manages it all and homeschool’s her children I don’t know. But it is very inspiring and I particularly enjoyed this post of hers.

I also found Lulalustic thanks to Along Came Cherry again, all I can say is WOW. Any woman who has this amount of confidence and gusto is just beautiful to me. To give it all up to bring her children up in a yurt and live in the wilderness in New Zealand. Need I say more? You have to see her site to get a feel for what she is all about. Everything she writes about and her strong sense of respect and love she has for her children, her beliefs are just wonderful to me. The way she is raising her children, she could really teach the world a hell of a lot about raising children. A lot of what she says needs to be heard.

I also came across Happiness Is Here, I found this beautiful blog very early on in my blogging experience and loved it because of the bright and eye catching pictures of activities and craft inspiration Sara creates with her children. She homeschool’s too and like I said earlier I know for me and how I want to parent there is a lot I can learn from these mums.

I love all their parenting style’s and their natural, thought out and realistic approach to raising their children. I particularly loved Sara’s post on one of the learning spaces she created for her children.

I came across a great video on Youtube that I really feel the need to share here too. I recently did a vlog about Sophia and that she has not washed her hair for 3 months, only with water and it is in the best condition it has ever been in. It still amazes me now. So when I randomly came across this vlog it just validated our choices for her (and my son) so much. Hope you enjoy it too.

There are so many wonderful blogs out there, it would take me a lifetime to write about them all. The theme here is one of homeschooling, as you can probably tell. I miss Sophia, I long for our days back together. But that is another story. What these blogs did for me was remind me what motherhood is to me and that is it different for us all. They have all managed to inspire me in many ways. I hope they manage to inspire you too.
