I can’t quote it but I read somewhere before, that making a meal for your family releases happy endorphin’s, similar to the hormones created during breastfeeding. So it is only natural that we enjoy making great meals for our family and friends.
But when the food is fresh, healthy, raw , natural and organic it just serves it’s purpose further. And you really do feel satisfied after your meal. We are able to see the benefits of this through our mood, energy levels and thoughts. Thank god for healthy eating and the trend that is so far caught up on social media!
